Traditional knives from the Fonsagrada region of Galicia, traditionally associated with iron and the blacksmith's trade. These knives are traditionally blunt. The blades are made of high-quality 14C28 stainless steel, as well as 440A. The woods are native to the Forest Management Units. Dimensions: blade 24 cm, handle 10 cm.
