Niñodaguia is a village in Xunqueira de Espadanedo (Ourense), located in the Ribeira Sacra region. Its inhabitants have taken advantage of the high-quality clay from this mountainous area to develop a traditional pottery tradition that continues to this day, complementing the original forms with others more suited to current demands. The clay veins found in the surrounding area are the source of the pottery's characteristic yellow color.
