On this page, we explain the steps involved in shipping from Cocol, the insurance, and what to do in case of damage.

External Shipping

At Cocol, we handle shipments through external delivery companies, usually FedEx and UPS. Occasionally, we’ve also worked with our clients’ own couriers.

Once the order is shipped, we share the tracking information with the client so they can monitor the delivery.

In Spain and the European Union, all purchases at Cocol include a 21% VAT. However, for shipments outside the EU, VAT is not charged, saving you 21% of the price.

Insurance

Since some Cocol pieces are very delicate, we offer insurance that refunds 85% of the item's value to the client in case of damage.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos within 48 hours of receiving it.

If any items are damaged, take at least 5 photos (or more if necessary):

Exterior:

1. The outside of the box with the shipping label visible.

2. Another angle of the exterior of the box.

Interior:

3. The interior box (if applicable).

4. The damaged item(s) clearly showing the defect.

5. The inside of the box with the packaging visible.

We need these photos to file an insurance claim, so please send them as soon as possible. Additionally, keep the box and its contents until we provide further instructions.
